Candice was born in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. She was initiated into organisational life in the heady days of the post-apartheid democracy. Driven by a need to shift the quality of human interaction at an individual, group and systemic level, she trained as a Coach and Facilitator with the founder of the Thinking Environment methodology, Nancy Kline.
As a Time To Think Faculty member for over a decade, she thrives on growing this global community of practice. In addition to developing Thinking Environment practitioners, she facilitates groups, organisations and individuals to usher in new ways of working and being which embodies inclusion and care of people and the planet, whilst challenging assumptions.
She's worked as a facilitator and coach with a range of organisations and individuals in the public and private sector in contexts of societal change and transformation, and her organisational experience spans over two decades. Candice played a key role in establishing Time To Think’s South African office. Delivering a Time To Think facilitator accreditation programme in Australia in 2009 inspired the decision to emigrate from South Africa. One of her key collaboration partners is TalkPoint Australia, who deliver connective, peer to peer learning experiences to positively affect the evolution of work and leadership in Australia. Candice is a student and practitioner at MetaIntegral Academy, experts in conscious leadership and organisational development.
She lives in Sydney with her husband Peter, where she is nourished daily by the diversity of this multi-faceted city. Other sustenance includes seriously deep belly laughs, a good dance and following a meditation path.
